Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided through acc.techia.in (the “Site” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.
2. Services
AccelUS offers outsourcing services (accounting & bookkeeping, payroll outsourcing, audit support, tax support, ESG consulting, company formation, financial reengineering, etc.). These Terms govern your use of such services.
3. Use of the Site / Account Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, requesting services, or contacting us.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any passwords or account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Site or Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
4. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
- Prices for services will be quoted based on scope. Payment terms (e.g. monthly retainer, hourly rate, etc.) will be specified in the proposal or service agreement.
- All payments must be made according to agreed schedule. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by AccelUS or its licensors. You may not use, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
- Any input or data you provide remains your property; however, we may use it to deliver and improve services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties (you and AccelUS) agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during engagement. Such information to be used only for purposes of the agreement.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data processed by AccelUS will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccelUS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Services.
- Our total liability to you shall in no event exceed the fees paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the liability.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
- We strive to provide professional, high-quality services, but we make no guarantees of specific results.
- Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate an engagement or service agreement according to the terms set out in that agreement or proposal.
- On termination, you agree to pay in full for all services rendered up to date of termination.
- We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services immediately if you breach these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
